  • Monitor information concerning services provided by other companies on the international crewing market to clarify market trends in order to maintain the competitiveness of the Company.
  • Ensure continuous professional development and competency of the personnel with subsequent expanding of their authorities and responsibilities, with the aim to develop relations on the principals of partnership.
